Research-use policy
All catalog materials are offered solely for lawful laboratory research. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, food, drug, cosmetic, household, or diagnostic use. We do not provide medical advice, protocols, dosing guidance, or representations of safety or efficacy.
Shipping & fulfillment
Availability is confirmed before payment. In-stock options generally ship within 1–2 business days. Special-order options are typically fulfilled in approximately 5–7 business days, with occasional delays up to 8 business days.
Returns
Due to material-integrity and chain-of-custody requirements, fulfilled research materials are generally not returnable. Incorrect, damaged, or compromised shipments must be reported promptly with supporting photographs for review.
Privacy
Information submitted through an inquiry or access request is used to review the request, communicate with the requester, maintain records, and meet compliance obligations. We do not sell request data.
Terms of access
Catalog access does not guarantee fulfillment. Berean may request supporting information, limit quantities, decline a request, or cancel fulfillment when research-use eligibility, availability, payment, or legal requirements are not satisfied.
