A quality page should not ask a purchaser to infer certainty from a logo or a word like “tested.” The useful questions are which lot, which record, which source, which method, and what the record actually says.
Source-document visibility
When an external analytical or supplier record is available, the source and report reference should remain visible rather than being reduced to a marketing badge.
Plain documentation status
Available, registered, pending, unavailable, or otherwise limited—status should describe what the record actually proves and no more.
Record continuity
Published verification records are intended to remain searchable so documentation does not disappear simply because a lot is no longer current.
Analytical context
Where reported, method, laboratory, report date, and result context should travel with the record rather than being separated from it.

Label identifiers and QR references are designed to connect the physical material to the corresponding public or supplied documentation record.

The verification archive is designed to let a purchaser search a lot or certificate reference and inspect the status attached to that physical label. A registered reference is not automatically described as independently verified; those are different statuses on purpose.
